The Terms & Conditions of GPB are that you are allowed one account per person. If we find that someone holds duplicate accounts then these accounts will be terminated without warning. 

We only allow UK residents who are 18 years of age or older.
We only allow one account per person for Single membership. A group of persons may not use a single account.
Group accounts are available for Clubs, Associations, Companies, Charities etc. Once your group is registered then members that sign up to that group can donate a percentage of their earnings to your group.

We reserve the right to suspend any member/group that does not adhere to the conditions above.
Anyone found being abusive to our staff, other members, merchants or the system will be considered for the termination of their account

If you are using the following ISP's (AOL, Energis, Freedom2surf or a business or government or educational address range ) then you may get a message that you are trying to register from outside the UK. Please be patient, we will manually approve your account in the same day as long as our checks determine you are a valid user.

Yes they can but each person needs to have a separate account as mentioned in the Terms & Conditions. 

When searching you may find that certain phrases return too many retailers e.g. High Street Web may return over 100 retailers.

To make sure your only result is High Street Web use speech marks at each side of the query e.g. "High Street Web" - this should result in only High Street Web being shown. 

Our advertisers use either cookies or javascript to track purchases made through our website. Please ensure you have these enabled. 

The tracking of your purchases through GPB is via cookies.
If you have visited the advertisers site by clicking on a link via another website then the commission may get attributed to the other website & you will not earn the cashback through GPB. This visit could have been months ago as some cookies are stored for more than 30 days so it is wise to ensure you clear your cookies before making a purchase through the site.

If you refer a friend to join GPB & they become an active user then once they have earned £5 your account will be credited with £1.
Your friend must sign up using your unique referral link, found in "Account Panel", click on Referral Link & pass this on to your friends & family. 

If you use a voucher code that is not advertised on this site then you may risk losing your cashback commission for that transaction.
The reason for this is that voucher codes take priority over click through commissions & therefore the affiliate that supplied the voucher code will earn that commission.

We do not charge any Admin fee. You earn 100% cashback for all purchases you make & we pass this on in it's entirety. 

Payments are made on all 'validated' amounts in your earnings only after we receive the money from the merchants, which usually takes 2-3 months. At this point we will mark the earnings in your account as 'Assigned'. Only then will they be payable to you (minimum £10).
Payments above £50 are payable by BACS only
